All workshops are held in the shop on Parchment Street, Winchester, lashings of tea and amazing homemade cake (made by hubby!) are all supplied. All paints and finishes will be supplied along with many years of expertise on how to achieve a professional painted piece. Frenchic Furniture Paint will be used in all workshops as, in my opinion, it’s just the best!!

Level 1 – Beginners Furniture Painting – £45.00 – 3 to 3.5 hours – Bring your own piece and learn from scratch how to prepare and paint your own piece of furniture, distressing techniques included. Sample the different waxes to help you choose your desired finish.
Level 2 – Advanced Techniques – £55.00 – 4 hours – for the next level of painting and suitable for those that have picked up a paint brush before, bring your own piece to paint and choose from a couple of techniques including dry brushing, colour washing, blending, paint layering, distressing, crackle glazes and metallics. Boy that’s a lot to choose from!
Fabulous Stenciling and Decoupage Techniques – £48.00 – 3.5 hours – This is such an exciting course to get your creative juices flowing, We will be painting a crate and then choose to either stencil or decoupage, plus a bit of crackle added in, just bring yourself, a crate is supplied for you to take home….
Decoupage with Wallpaper – £45.00 – 3.5 hours – transform a piece of furniture using wallpaper……Bring your own piece (the part to be decoupaged needs to be flat). I will supply the paper and the expertise!
*NEW * – Wood Mouldings –£58.00 – 4 hours – Add another dimension and get creative by learning how to use WoodUBend mouldings on your furniture, we will be using a sample board and learning how to apply, paint, crackle,, stencil and finish , you will end up with a piece of art! A sample of mouldings are supplied but additional ones can be purchased on the day.
I want it All !- £65.00 – 5 hours of fun, learning, lunch and creativity – oooh this is a good one! learn several techniques, from stenciling, decoupage, crackle, paint layering, blending and using WoodUbend mouldings, have a practice first then apply your technique to your piece of furniture. Lunch included, just bring a small piece of furniture already base painted…. WoodUbend mouldings can be purchased on the day.
Image Transfer – £48.00 – 3.5 hours – learn how to transfer an image from paper to a tray, the tray and a practice board will be supplied, along with all the materials.
Classes may be cancelled if minimum number not reached.
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the full amount must be made at the time of booking to secure your place.
